Bye Bye Vesela!

Sadly, we farewelled Vesela Barbaris, longtime food school assistant in our program, at the end of the last week before the holidays. Her cake matched her gift from staff in our department- a camera. Designed and executed by Joanna, with a touch of help from Margret and myself!

Halloween bake sale!

Our halloween bake sale was bigger than ever, with four sections of grade 11 participating. I was so proud of the results from all the classes. We even had some of our newcomers to canada carving pumpkins for the first time! Great job Geo and Reynold!
