Here are a few of the fondant 'practice' cakes our students made this year. The multiple tier cakes were made by grade 12 students.

I always enjoy doing this class with our students. We have some amazing artists in this group:)

Our first Imovie project using IPADS!

Our grade 12 students had to try to create a croquembouche--the hardest dessert to make out of choux pastry! They also had to document the process using the IPADs and make an Imovie showing what they did. Here's the first one!
