Our new braided 100% whole wheat bread

I've been discussing with students about how much harder it is to get a really good whole wheat loaf than a white one. It's also hard to get them ready in time for lunch, so these babies are proofing in the fridge overnight. Let's see how they turn out when we bake them tomorrow!
